Crazy week!

This past week has been insane!  Last Sunday Rory was worse than before and so Brady decided to stay home on Monday and take her to another Drs appointment.  I went to the WPPI convention on Monday and during my first class Brady called to let me know that Rory was going to have to go on breathing treatments and that they wanted to do an X-ray to make sure that her lungs were okay.  She also had to be on antibiotics for infection.  I was worried sick and almost couldn't enjoy myself Monday, but I was grateful that Brady had stayed home to take care of things while I was gone learning all I could about photography and business building.  We got Rory on the treatments and she has gradually gotten much better (her X-ray came back good).  She did better than I thought she would with me being gone for three days in a row.  I do want to say that this product SAVED my butt!  It is the Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump.  I have had other pumps before, but this one takes the cake.  It can be converted to work with one of their electric pumps, but works fantastic as a manual pump.  I had to buy it last minute because my Dr. Browns pump lost suction right before the convention and I couldn't wait for the part to get off back order.  This Medela pump was only $35 (my other two had been $55 - 100) and the first time I pumped on Monday morning I got 6 ozs FROM ONE SIDE!!!!!  I was totally in love.  I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good once in a while pump.   Anyway....
WPPI was amazing!  I learned way too much and I am so glad that I took great notes.  My buddy Wendhy took a bunch from her classes and we have been note sharing.  It was a totally awesome experience and I can't wait to do it again next year.  It was also fun bumping in to all you other local photographers!
So I spent some time taking some pictures of the girls trying to hone some new skills!  I am hoping to get my website up and running by the end of March.
